Beautiful location surrounded by nature, with mountain views and river sound. The property is close to the main entrance of a famous national park. The hospitality was great, with delicious breakfast offered, comfortable rooms, clean facilities, and a good Wi-Fi connection.
The bedrooms located on the second floor get very hot during peak summer days, with no access to air conditioning. the gravel road to access the property can be difficult for some vehicles.

Location and breakfast was excellent. The sauna and jacuzzi were nice.
The owners live downstairs and we had no privacy. They try to be helpful but we actually felt harassed by the husband who was continually inappropriate and in our face.

Super base for a trip in Three Rivers! Even the Visalia Municipal airport was not so far. Free Wi Fi is good. Totem Market and Gift, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel...

I was lulled to sleep by the voice of the river beneath my window. When I awoke I was greeted by the dawn as the sun cascaded over the foot hills creating a spectacular vista. The breakfast was exceptional in that all of the foods served to me where wholesome and unprocessed, ad to this that the hospitality of both Ozzy and Eva makes one feel warm and cozy as if one had come to stay for an evening or two with old familiar friends. I can not remember when I have had better or more private accommodations. Truly, Jeffery Wayne Dukes, Norristown Pa.
I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Nothing.

I had the most wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The hosts were friendly and instantly made me feel comfortable. The location of the house was amazing, nestled in the mountains with breathtaking views of nature. It was the perfect spot for someone like me who wanted to be close to the Sequoia National Park. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable and the facilities provided were top-notch. The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious and varied breakfast served every morning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Enjoyable stay, great breakfast options with fresh fruit and eggs. Convenient location close to nearby parks and attractions. Friendly and attentive hosts.
Artwork in the rooms may not be suitable for families with children. A long and winding gravel road leading up to the hotel could be challenging to navigate, particularly at nighttime.
